HELP STEPS

STEP 1: Pick A Product

Select the product you want to customize.

STEP 2: Click or Tap Customize Design

The design that shows on your product can be switched to a different design. To remove the design, you will need to tap or click "Customize Design." This action will take you to the Designer.

Note: Insert the quantity of garments needed in your size. If you forget to do this now, the Designer will prompt you later.

STEP 3: Remove An Existing Design

Click or Tap the RED X at the corner of the existing design (if applicable).

This will remove the existing design, allowing you to add a new design!

STEP 4: Click / Tap "Add Design"

Add your new design by clicking / tapping "Add Design" in the Designer.

You will be able to select from the designs specifically available on your web store OR upload your own design!

STEP 5: Select Embellishment Type

The Designer will show you the types of embellishment available for your product.

If your product had placeholder embellishment (i.e. "Your Design Here") in embroidery, select embroidery. If the placeholder embellishment was DTF / Screen Print, select DTF / Screen Print. We have optimized each product's embellishment specifically for your web store.

STEP 6: See All Website Designs

In the left column, under "Store Designs," the Designer will populate all artwork that is available in your web store for that item.

In our example, we are customizing a t-shirt, which doesn't alow embroidery. For that reason, all embroidery designs are hidden for this item.

Use the search bar to find a specific store design OR upload your own artwork. Once completed, a popup will ask if you want to "Select Design" or cancel. "Select Design" to drop this artowk on your garment.

STEP 7: Identify Design Colors

In our example, we selected a design that is multiple colors.

If you select a design with more than 1 color, the Designer will prompt you to identify how many colors are in the design.

Don't worry! If you are unsure, select a random number. The Designer will auto-populate the correct colors. Please do not change regulated Farm Bureau logo colors. Orders with inappropriate colors will not be processed.

STEP 8: Place & Resize Your Design

Your select design will drop on the garment. Simply drag the design in the placement that appears best. You can use the pre-built Designer controls as well (see the red circled area).

To resize the design, click / tap and drag one corner of the design.

Note: Don't see a bounding box on your garment like in our example? Click / tap the square icon (circled in red). This will reveal & hide bounding boxes.

STEP 9: Select Your Size

If you select the green "Buy" button before selecting your garment size, the Designer will prompt you to select a size.

In the left panel, click / tap "Select Size." Enter your size & quantity details, then Add to Cart.

STEP 10: View Cart & Checkout

After customizing your apparel, select the Cart icon in the upper right corner. This will allow you to view and change items in your Cart.

Ready to checkout? Follow the checkout prompts to place your order!
